Scarlett Johansson was born on November 22nd, 1984 at New York City New York. She is an American singer/actress whose range has earned her recognition in a variety of kinds of genres, from thrillers to adventures to period films. Johansson was raised within New York City as the daughter of an architect, and also the owner of a production company. She was the twin sister of Hunter and her were her youngest siblings. As a child she was able to begin performing. In fact, by the age of 7 she was already auditioning for commercials in a variety of different ways. The passion for acting developed quickly and she enrolled immediately at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. When she was a kid she appeared in Sophistry together with Ethan Hawke and made her movie debut at Rob Reiner's North in 1994. Johansson subsequently appeared in Just Cause (1995) but her debut came in Manny & Lo (1996) which was a film about orphaned sisters who run away. While she was still a young child, Smith became interested in acting. Smith's parents aided her in finding her first stage role in the age of six. Smith was in a television commercial for Dannon yogurt. Like other young actresses in her position She honed her craft on stage. She took part in different projects within the USA while she was making her debut on stage. She attended the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
