The friend of Mitchell Angela died in a traffic accident when she was the age of 15. Mitchell was deeply affected by the loss of her friend and composed a song Angel for Angela on her debut album. Mitchell has also spoken about the experiences in Chicken Soup, for Preteen Souls as well as 7th Heaven: Nothing Endures But Change.
